Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use Serenity Menu.

You must also comply with any applicable age restrictions and terms of service imposed by the game the Mod is used with.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Serenity Menu for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Mod
• Sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Mod or any part thereof
• Use the Mod in a manner that violates the terms of the base game or platform (e.g., Rockstar Games' EULA)
• Use the Mod to cheat, exploit, or harm others in online environments where modding is prohibited

3. Modding and Online Play

Serenity Menu is intended for single-player and private session use only, unless stated otherwise.

Using the Mod in online environments may result in penalties or bans from game publishers or platform providers. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from such misuse.

4. Updates and Support

We may provide updates or patches to Serenity Menu at our discretion. These updates may be required to continue using the Mod.

We do not guarantee ongoing support, availability, or compatibility with future game or system updates.

5. Ownership

All intellectual property rights in Serenity Menu and its content are owned by us or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any rights except as explicitly stated.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Mod to distribute malware or engage in malicious activity
• Infringe on the rights of others, including copyrights or trademarks
• Misrepresent your affiliation with us or use the Mod in a misleading manner

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Serenity Menu is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Mod will be error-free or that access will always be available.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of Serenity Menu.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Mod at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Mod after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
